Blue 3Y-TZP products are made from zirconia materials, featuring a low sintering temperature, high density, fine and uniform grain structure, and excellent mechanical properties. The uniform distribution of yttrium ensures the material remains stable in high-temperature, high-humidity environments and avoids "low-temperature degradation" phenomena. Black zirconia ceramic parts are made by incorporating carbides or nitrides into zirconia ceramic (ZrO2 / zirconium oxide), offering properties such as high strength, high hardness, impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. They are commonly used in decorative applications. In industrial applications, however, white zirconia and magnesia zirconia are primarily used, with black zirconia being used to a lesser extent.

These rods are crafted from extremely hard zirconia ceramic (ZrO2, Zirconium Oxide) known for its exceptional hardness, reaching up to Moh's grade 8.5, which is closely comparable to diamond (Moh's grade 10). As a result, zirconia ceramic rods can only be machined using diamond machining tools. Our ceramic rods are manufactured using superfine raw powders, ensuring a fully dense structure, and can achieve a mirror-like surface finish through meticulous fine grinding and polishing processes.
