Silicon Nitride (Si3N4)
Silicon Nitride Ceramic is a high-performance ceramic material known for its outstanding mechanical strength, which remains stable up to temperatures of 1200°C. It also exhibits exceptional thermal shock resistance, making it ideal for applications that experience rapid temperature changes. With its low wear friction and excellent wear resistance, Silicon nitride ceramic is widely used in components that require high durability and long-lasting performance, such as bearings and bearing balls. Additionally, its self-lubricating properties help reduce friction and extend the lifespan of machinery.
