Mascera's ceramic pin gauges are cylindrical rods made of zirconia, precision-engineered using CNC machines and fully inspected with laser detection devices. Zirconia needle gauges boast an accuracy of 0.001mm, a hardness value of 90HRA, high surface smoothness, and significant grinding force. The ceramic needle gauge's thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of steel.
Compared to traditional metal pin gauges like high-speed steel or tool steel, zirconia ceramic pin gauges offer high density, high hardness, acid and alkali resistance, antistatic properties, non-conductivity, non-magnetism, rust resistance, high thermal stability, and superior wear and high-temperature resistance, suitable for use in magnetic and dusty environments.
The milky white surface is laser-engraved for clear visibility and ease of use. zirconia ceramic pin gauges serve as an ideal replacement for commonly used metal gauge blocks and are suitable for measuring small diameters, internal threads, bend grooves, and mold dimensions in mechanical and electronic processing.
