The excellent comprehensive properties creat a wide application fields for alumina plates, they are widely used in mechanical, electric & electronic, chemical, semiconductor etc.
Mascera offers tailor-made alumina plates in a wide range of purities, 95%, 96%, 99%, 99.5%, 99.8%. The higher purity has less impurities and is able to use for vacuum applications. The ceramic plates are produced through high tempeature sintering and are fully dense. The surface finish of alumina ceramic plates can be as fired, fine grinding or polishing, the geometry can be machined into tight tolerance to meet high fitting requirements.
