Mascera provides customized alumina ceramic spacers with a wide range of purities, including 95%, 96%, 99%, 99.5%, and 99.8%. The higher purity levels offer enhanced working temperature, strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for vacuum applications. Our ceramic spacers are fully dense and produced through high-temperature sintering. The surface finish can be as-fired, fine-grinding, or polished, and the geometry can be machined to tight tolerances to meet specific fitting requirements. We collaborate closely with our customers to understand their needs and produce precise ceramic parts, regardless of whether it's a small quantity for prototyping or a large batch production.

Product detail

Alumina ceramic, also known as al2o3 ceramic or aluminum oxide ceramic, is widely used in various technical ceramic applications. It possesses several advantages, such as high strength, good dielectric properties, excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is one of the hardest and most wear-resistant materials on earth and requires diamond tools for machining after sintering. Alumina ceramic finds applications in diverse fields, including machinery, electrical, electronics, semiconductor, petroleum, chemical, textile, and other industries.

Mascera specializes in producing tailor-made alumina ceramic spacers with a wide range of purities, including 95%, 96%, 99%, 99.5%, and 99.8%. The higher purity levels have fewer impurities and can be used for vacuum applications. Our ceramic spacers are manufactured through high-temperature sintering, resulting in a fully dense product. The surface finish of alumina ceramic spacers can be as fired, fine grinding, or polished, and their geometry can be machined into tight tolerances to meet high fitting requirements. We work closely with our customers to understand their needs and produce exact ceramic parts. Whether it's a small quantity for prototype or large quantity for batch production, we are always ready to provide our service.
